Estate planning involves areas related to real and personal property management and distribution during a person’s life and after death. Failing to have the proper documentation in place prior to your death, failing health and/or incapacitation may result in your property being managed by a guardian during your incapacitation (by a person or company that you haven’t chosen) or being distributed to persons after your death without consideration of your wishes or desires by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Take control of the management, decisions and distribution of the assets you have worked a lifetime to protect as well as your own personal well-being. This decision should not be made by the State of Indiana for a person that has no idea what your desires would be.
